TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum Charge:- We have a minimum charge of £20 per collection on all Ironing / Laundry / Dry-cleaning & Alterations. If you feel you don’t have enough ironing to warrent a collection please call or text us to cancel by 5PM the day before the collection date.

Non-Cancellation Fee:- As of 6th January 2025 we will be implementing the Non-Cancellation Fee of £20.00 (our minimum charge)to customers who do not cancel their collection by 5pm on the day before your collection. This then enables us to re allocate the slot out to somebody on our waiting list. Any cancellation made after 5 pm will have the minimum charge late cancellation fee invoiced to them.

Late Payment Fee:- Payment is to be made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. Any overdue invoices will incur an administrative charge of £2.50 per weekly reminder.
